Backline announces World Mental Health Day Events in Nashville

Backline announces World Mental Health Day events in Nashville which are to include "Handle with Care" and "Harmony in Practice"


Backline is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides mental health resources to the music industry and their families. Launching in 2019, they have helped more than 25,000 music industry professionals and family members streamline access to a network of trusted organizations and healthcare providers in this line of work. Connecting music industry professionals with mental health resources and over 582 vetted health care providers.


Handle with Care is a World Mental Health Day benefit concert tribute to Tom Petty. The event will take place on October 10th at the Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville. All-Star Band led by Derek Wells with songs performed by Wynonna Judd, Brittney Spencer, Charles Wesley Godwin, Ella Langley, Maggie Rose, Sierra Hull, Wince Herman, and more to be announced! Handle with Care is presented by Master Tour, the music industry's leading software for touring and logistics, Gateway Studios & Production Services, and ACM Lifting Lives, the philanthropic partner of the Academy of Country Music.



Prior to the benefit concert, Backline will host "Harmony in Practice" - a clinical training for mental health professionals working with music industry professionals and their families on October 9th and 10th. The Harmony in Practice clinical training workshops are led by music industry professionals and licensed health providers and will cover an array of first-hand experiences and situations with resources to equip providers with the skills and tools to support their clients. These workshops are open to all mental health providers across all 50 states who have an interest in the music community.



Clinical Training tickets are $225 which includes entry to the Handle with Care benefit concert on October 10th. The Handle with Care GA tickets are $45 in advance. VIP Boxes and Bowling Lanes for 8 people start at $3500 and will include premium viewing areas, open bars, and food from NYC's Blue Ribbon.
